The lead pointer is grreat, it's just too lightwweight formy preferences

Great for Drawing, and Illustration, has a built in lead pointer though I recommend a rotatory lead pointer (Staedtler 502) as it gives you a much sharper point

I don't like the little lead pointer inside the top little part, and I replace it with the color-coded version from the Staedtler lead packs that tell you which lead is inside

One thing to note is if you use the built in lead pointer on the cap make sure you tap the pencil on the edge of a desk because that lead will get everywhere.

The lead pointer in the cap isn't worth the effort; get a dedicated lead pointer instead

Too bad, as I like their products.
