SteelSeries Arctis 5 RGB Illuminated Gaming Wired Headset with DTS Headphone:X 7.1 Surround for PC, PlayStation 4, VR, Android and iOS - Black

    • not a huge issue, but a little annoying)-the volume dial on the headphones doesn't really work very well
    • but I don't have any issues with them falling off of my head or even shifting out of the prefect fit
    • The Arctis 7 fixes all these issues, but the price of that is contending with a lot of other top tier headsets
    • You have to pay to send it in, write your own printing label, and send emails to them to check the status of your product, maybe I'm being a bit picky but these issues with little use isn't good at all
    • But these issues alone really prohibit me from rating them any higher....the sound from touching the cord is SUPER annoying
    • Great overall headset, few issues, and good customization.
    • The second issue is the sound imbalance
    • My only issues is the lack of directions for the amount of wires given
    • As mentioned, the sound quality is fine, I have no issue with the speakers themselves, but the other issues are large enough that I would not recommend the headphones.
    • Throughout this past year I have suspected issues with the cord that runs from the headset to the controller because audio and mic would both cut in and out until recently when my mic stopped working all together
    • I generally prefer a snugger fit around the ears, like the old G-35's could provide with band-adjustment, and feel like the headset will often fall off (though it never has). The headset loses me at the cable(s)
    • LED’s are a cool touch and the software is user friendly
