Great device easy to use and very reliable great quality!!!

I have spoken with many industry professionals on this matter and here is what I can conclude:A defective screw lock is apparently a common issue on recently manufactured models, and while it does not break the device, it might make the device unsuitable for use on persons participating in heavy physical activity where the microphone can become unplugged

If this is fixed, this is a great device
