The delivery was amazing it came right on time but the over all product sucks it broke within a month of me using

Worked great for a few months but then suddenly stopped working in the left ear, and the wire started acting up after very gentle use

Craftsman ship is badly made , very cheap plastic used about 4 times since purchased.

On the last one I had, the right speaker broke off due to the cheap plastic used to bind it

Unless you have really small ears, the ear pads will bother you, especially if you are use to over the ear headphones that cover your entire ears

Hopefully constant use might wear the stiffness down a bit.

I like that the volume, mute and microphone on this unit are easy to find, use and the microphone is easy to move out of your way.

Sad because HAD I known that this product was junk, I could have used that $30.00 I spent on these headset on another higher quality pair.
