In chapter 6 Levin explains how the NY Times betrayed millions of people when they covered up the Holocaust in WWII, and prior to that they helped Stalin when they refused to cover the Genocide by Starvation in Ukraine by the Communists in the late 1930's

I was wavering between a 4 or 5; as there are points in this book that become somewhat (for lack of a better term) too academic or textbook-like; but the book does flow much more fluidly than some of Mr. Levin's previously published works which are as above, more scholarly and more inclined to read like a history book than a novel for lack of a better term.
