    • I picked them because they where able to support the weight as well as their small base, that I was able to move the couch 5 inches away from the wall and have them be in the perfect position.
    • Top base was still wobbly as you can imagine with the speakers mounted
    • Great stands, but Base could be a bit larger.
    • The clamps hold the items down good, just the base sucks.
    • The base is adequate at low heights, but at higher heights, the stands become more prone to tipping over if bumped- definitely something to keep in mind if you have children or pets in the house.
    • My bookshelf speaker weigh 7.5 lbs each and while I like that the base where the speaker sits can be extended, it looks like the base cannot be tighter to hold the speakers straight so the speakers tilt either left or right
    • If you add a base to the bottom, like wood or something, or even sand bags then your good
    • The camera is only 2 pounds, but this small amount of weight makes the stands very unstable due to the uneven base.
    • If you have larger speakers and can't fabricate a larger base, I do no recommend these stands.
    • From 36" off the ground, the base shifted because of the weight of the speaker, and my polk audio speaker fell on the floor
    • Not a secure base at ALL for carpet
    • W7 has a slightly larger base so the flexible base of these stands came very handy
    • but I found the top base should have a hectagon metal not
    • Less than adequate construction and materialSmall base
    • The only reason I gave the stands four stars is because I feel the base could be a little heavier to support them from tipping.
    • Great design, yet the base is not perfectly stable
    • The base was soft enough to "hammer" back into shape, so no harm done
    • I should have done more research before buying these, and as an engineer, I'm a bit embarrassed that I didn't look enough to find ballasted type stands with hollow base plates.
    • The base of the stand is wedged underneath the sofa and end
    • I just don't like the small base.
    • To support my Klipsch RP-160M (20 lbs) I had to fabricate a larger base (12 x 12) out of plywood which was stained to match the walnut finish on the towers.
    • A quick and simple work around to this would be just extending the base, or comand stripping to a tile floor if an option.
    • Easily assembled, easy on the eyes, solid base, adjustable, what more do you want?
    • Fully adjustable top pieces with tight, screw controlled clamping to keep the speaker in place and adjustable base feet to handle my not-always-level wood floors
    • The base is good enough to hold speakers steady but during an earthquake or someone bumping into it, the speaker stand will fall over
    • Bottom base is sturdy but the top base, on which the speaker rests, is floppy
    • Small base is not stable for large/heavy speakers, but I have mine against stable objects (Desk and couch) and in
    • Very sturdy, easy to assemble (didn't even have to look at the instructions, which I love), strong base
    • A slightly larger base and a better fastening mechanism would make this ideal
    • I screwed the flimsy base to a nice 10/10x2 birch wood(s) from Home depot
    • The base can be secured through the holes on the corners that come with screws in them
    • These work well enough but might not be sutable for larger bookshelf spears that are in an exposed foot traffic area as the base is not big enough to prevent it from being knocked over.
    • I just don’t find them to have a stable base
    • The base is sturdy without taking up a lot of floor space.
    • The base is sturdy enough, but not very large
    • The base is not capable of holding anything much larger than a small bluetooth speaker
    • These work well enough but might not be sutable for larger bookshelf spears that are in an exposed foot traffic area as the base is not big enough to prevent it from being knocked over.
    • Solid base, maybe need a little extra support on higher pile carpet, but mine have been ok...
    • You'll need to fabricate a larger base, but luckily, a quick trip to the hardware store for some heavy particle board and some M6 35mm machine screws will get the extra stability you need for larger speakers
    • Quality control issues (missing pieces), and the base is not suitable for carpeted flooring as it's much too small and they tip very easily.
    • The top base flimsy rotate and fips forward and
    • The base is solid and heavy
    • Getting this balanced was a little tricky, and since these speakers are rounded on the bottom instead of having sharper edges, the clamp doesn't quite go up high enough to fit these as well as I would like
    • I'm confused as to why those things were in there in the first place.c
    • Worked exactly as I expected.
    • These stands, as bad as they are out of the box, are a good start to build to your liking.
    • A fact I appreciate especially as I'm just too busy to build anything right now, but not too busy to sit and have a listen to my favourite tunes in sheer enjoyment when I have a spare moment to myself.
    • They work exactly as you would expect, though running the cable down and out the stand can be tricky, but you only have to do it once
