The actual mount for the display is extremely difficult to tighten at the level you want

This monitor arm (non-M model) is smaller and uses a flimsy mounting bracket solution that causes my monitor to rock back and forth ever so slightly

It is an amazing mount that freed up space for my keyboard since my old monitor stand would block and not let me push my keyboard anywhere that gave me room to use a notebook

This is a great mounting bracket for my desk

Simple enough to build and even comes with adapters for curved displays as well as mounting solutions for grommet hole mounting if you dont want to use the clamping method

This mount is pretty nice and assembling it was no problem

My guess is that weight limit was intended to be distributed evenly across the length of the pole between multiple monitors rather than all concentrated at the very top, since although it held it in place without sagging, the actual pole itself looked like it was giving a little bit, so I ended up giving it a little extra support by sitting it on top of a second shorter VESA mounting pole, which worked out perfectly

I love these mounts because they leave space on the desk top for other things, and I can also push the monitor away completely out of the way if I wish to use the entire desk top surface

I had to make an adjustment or two to my desk to make it fit right, but that was the desk design and not the mount's design problem, so be sure to check out what kind of desk you will be using it on

the base is sturdy as other reviewers have written here but the arm, the adjustments and the mount to the monitor are less sturdy and leave much to be desired, especially the loose mount at the monitor itself5) aesthetically displeasing: the pole, the arm, etc after adjusting are all at oblique angles to each other and several people have commented that it looks as if it's about to fall over

Easily the best mount I've found and for such a low cost you can't beat this, WAY more stable than any other mount I've tried in this price range and even above.

More importantly, this mount is incompatible with my Asus ROG Swift monitor and probably is with any other display that has a similar pointed/peaked back - the included screws and spacers for monitors with curved backs aren't long enough.

There was not a time where i felt the mount was going to fail on me at all.

My husband has a more expensive desk mount (which shall remain nameless) - he's envious of mine and how inexpensive it was.
