I would say the one thing that really turns me off from this unit is the fact that the only way I can gain access to my content from my devices (e.g. Windows Media Center and a Windows Media Center Extender) is to literally set the content shares to PUBLIC

Music quality does not sound too good to me, but it means that as long as you have good access to the HDD using fast enough Wi-Fi or cellphone data, you don't need to use iTunes to copy music to your iPhone to listen to your music

The mycloud.com site and MyCloud app on the phone routinely disconnects (almost every day) and I have usually have no access to files when away from home...which defeats the whole purpose of the concept.
