    • Although this works the first time I installed it, the signal strength on the impacted channels reverted back to the level they were before installing the amp.

    • oddly the electronics in the 300:75ohm box work well at boosting the VHF signal when I used a quality 15db amplifier, but didn't do anything for increasing the UHF SVI 1 Port Cable TV/HDTV/Digital/Modem Amplifier signal levels also vary by tuner - with older ota+qam flat screen tuners picking up better than newer atsc converter boxes.
    • I'll try one more just to verify I can get a good working unit.
    • I've used a similar Winegard model for over thirty years... it has worked very well and stood up to all sorts of wind & weather.
