loved the stick but it seems it is acting like it was used stick rather than a stick I owned new

I love the Amazon Fire TV Stick because it gives me the option of viewing a variety of movies, cable shows the same thing over m over

Thankfully, I haven't had to use it, but I love my Fire Stick!

The stick died 1 year after purchasing, but with the plan, I got another Stick sent to me as quickly as Amazon was able to send me one (within 2 business days).

Hopefully I never have to use this and if so they replace the defective stick if needed
