Really like this....comfortable for my wrist and good support

The product has amazing support and doesn't collapse after extended use like gel rests

They provide great comfort and support for computer work.

But these Aelfox rests are just squishy enough to rest my wrists on but also provide enough support to keep my wrists in a neutral position when typing or using the mouse

These are well made, comfortable and a perfect height for a normal keyboard/mouse setup.

I bought it because my new desk has "sharp" edges and the keyboard rest is the perfect height, so I did not need additional pads.

Other than this, I can't complain, it seems to be keeping my wrist level/even with the mouse and keyboard (you really need to have the keyboard at an appropriate height for this to work well), though it does take a little getting used to.

I had originally bought from a cheaper brand and the rests were hard and actually made my wrist pain worse

I wanted a wrist pad because: On both arms, there's a bone that sticks out at the base of the palm, on the side opposite the thumb, & that bone was getting very sore resting on my desk

I use the Logitech G410 Atlas Spectrum keyboard, which has the detachable wrist rest that comes with the keyboard

Not sure if the mouse pad is something I would recommend, not because something is wrong with it, but just personally found that I am more comfortable without it, but the keyboard wrist rest is awesome.

Without a doubt, the best wrist memory foam supports out there.
