It takes a while for the intonation to be consistent but it is well worth the wait
With regards to pitch sensitivity, I struggled to keep intonation stable as I went higher on the fretboard with the treble strings when using the D'Addario composite strings and the Augustine Golds.

I don't know if it corresponded to the removal of the blue tint on the tails of the trebles, but after getting them stretched in, they have been somewhat dull and the wonderful volume that I was used to has disappeared.

Volume is definitely stronger than my D'Addario composite strings.
