If they are willing to lose a customer over a battery, after we have been buying products from them for many years (at least 30-40 items), then they are a company I don't want to associate with.

Very good customer service, no issues with the new one so far

Being able to charge two devices at once is a great thing as well

It's smaller than I anticipated, but that's not a bad thing.

Since most things can be charged now by USB this thing is sometimes a blessing to have

I ordered this Anker portable charger while on a visit in Ohio.

Then, when the Anker itself ran out of battery power and died, it would not charge back up to 100%.I have had it charging for over 24 hours now and it still does not have a full charge.

After I was done with the ride, I used it to charge both my front light and my rear blinker, and I barely even touched the Anker's limit.

I do not hold Anker responsible for a faulty device, it happens but if I did, they would have make right in my eyes with the way they handled the issue

It will charge your portable device multiple times and has a very good rate of charge on both output ports

Other than that it's a good device and I highly recommend it.

This is a good device if you don't need something that lasts.

Con: If you drain the battery, it will take a long time to fully charge again.

I could charge my cell phone from almost dead to fully charged, very quickly, and at least four times if not more before the battery even began to deplete

and I let 3 people use it to charge their cell phones fully, we all used this 10 time before the battery was almost dead,

Great battery, but does not charge the fastest and slow phone charge.

The battery works very well, but after a few months, I was unable to charge it.

If just laying around for a long time it seems to lose a little charge but not bad

I just take it with me all the time and never have to worry about my phone losing charge.

Item is described as fast charging but when my phone was plugged in overnight, it didn't reach full charge

Also, if I use my phone while it's connected it charges so slow that I actually lose charge.

So yes it can still charge the phone but no longer does a fast charge
