Very nice design

I bought this to support the power of a phone switch, a Laser Printer and some Networking Equipment.

Power outages, great

They state:"Remote UPS Control: Remotely turn on, off or reboot individual Smart Outlets or the UPS via your web browser, enabling effortless maintenance and control of network equipment from any location."I incorrectly interpreted the words "remote control" and "from any location" to mean literally from any location such as over the Internet.

battery is long life and maintenance free and light and small

I have a similarly-rated backup APC-branded backup for my main computer and what I like about this one vs. my other one as the battery size has improved to where this one

I felt this was overpriced to begin with, and now I'm convinced that a separate UPS and power switch would be a better option.

My previous UPS had lead acid

The downside of lead acid batteries is their weight and bulk, and potential for leakage

but you better read the fine print

I suppose it's my fault for not reading the fine print.

Setup for this battery backup was pretty easy
