It worked good for a month then the whole thing just simply quit working.

I have bought things in the past from amazon warehouse deals, and liked my purchase, but this will be the last time buying anything from amazon

I keep a plastic cover on it and then another aluminum one over that one so that might be the reason it doesn't have any scratches on it, but it is the best thing

The only thing wrong with it ever is that when I got it, the battery in it was weak but the seller replaced it for me (paid shipping to send it back to seller to have it fixed

I've loaded a ton of my favorite music on and still have over 27 GB.

I did have some problems loading my music on it using a newer model Mac Book, but luckily I had an older one I tried and all my songs downloaded with no problems.4 stars for now until I've had it long enough to insure there are no problems that might show up.

The ipod worked for less then a month than stopped working completely and unusable since, this product is junk and I would not recommend this to anyone!

I would love a refund, but my 30 day warranty is up, so in the mean time I'm stuck with a defective product from a trusted amazon seller
