  • This card supports itself very well
  • The card is very quiet; I hear my H150i more than anything else

Reviews around rate (5.00 of 5)

  • The heat sink design is questionable, it is very hot even in idle (45C @ 22C ambient temperature), and it easily reaches to its temperature limit 84C in less than 30 seconds in circumstances like gaming and using madVR.I tried to replace the thermal paste with Noctua NT-H1 and Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut (liquid metal), but the temperature only have slight or no change between them, and all of the full load temperatures still reach to 83C to 84C.So, my conclusion is that the heat sink can't handle the heat, therefore the OC performance is very bad because it always underclocks itself after reaching temperature limit, usually it only holds 1850mhz with stable frame rate and reasonable fan noise @ around 83C.And the fans are noisy as hell, single one of them is more noisy than my five Noctua fans combined

Reviews around airflow (5.00 of 5)

  • I either have really good airflow or this new batch of cards resolved whatever thermal issues were present with the earlier batches
