I like the product but all of my box tops were expired, I bought 5 packs in March of 2015 and the boxtops expired 6/1/14.
I like these labels, I print my own return address labels on the gold all year, great product.
Product worked perfectly with HP Photosmart 7525 home printer, and finished product looked great
Avery customer service was nice when I complained and sent me another package....but sending me a new package doesn't help the fact that the product is defective and won't work....
Avery has a template for the 8257 at their website; that's the appropriate template for these 8987 labels
Not good, ink smeared, these got jammed in my printer a few times, the templates on the Avery website are ridiculous and do not fit these even though they say they do
I printed using black ink; contrast is very good (obviously not as good as with white labels, but certainly more than acceptable)
I downloaded the correct template and still could not get them to print centered
The available Avery templates make the job so much easier.

Apparently foil labels are not compatible with any printer.
The label states that they are made expressly for an inkjet printer, however, I printed two pages on a laser printer using the feeing tray and the quality was exceptional.

These labels are great quality, but gold foil is so 1980's, and these look so cheap
The labels jammed my Brother printer and the print was horrible from my Epson printer.

If you don't use the template, I'd recommend you print on a blank sheet of paper initially, then hold it up to the address label sheet to ensure that everything lines up well
