Good quality but not as fun as we thought they would be

If you are looking for a good music toy, don't waste your money.

So to be clear, the rating is based on my expectation that these would be wonderful musical toys for a two and a half year old

It's really the simplest toy, but is so far above the quality of those new, fancy toys out there.

And I'm sure many children and adults can agree with me how fun they are and all the fun songs you can create with them also if you are an educator for music in elementary school I am 100% all the kids will love them and at the same time they will be learning about types of notes and how to create a steady beat

They are inexpensive so even a poor music teacher just starting out can afford a set.

The basic diatonic set is kind of limiting on its own, but in conjunction with either the base or higher treble set, it becomes pretty easy to making fun harmonic AND melodic music with them
