It is very unfair to receive such a substandard product.
Worked good for a week then one speaker stoped working then the next week the other one stopped working now doesn't work at all very bad products doesn't last long lasted under a month for me will never buy this product again now I'm trying to return it and get my money back
Product did work excellent and speakers are a great addition to my saddlebag speakers.
If you want a quality and good customer support seek other companies this product is a joke and the woman I spoke to on the

They are great looking and nice sound and not downgrading these, just wanted to help someone out before they run into what I did
I installed this on my 14 Fatboy lo, plasti dipped the speakers black to match the bike, look great now but chrome wasn't that bad looking either
If your looking for a med range system, I would recommend this set, well worth it.
NOT HAPPY.As for the speakers themselves, once installed I will say the sound and volume is good, they are nice looking and the blue tooth connectivity works great

Sound quality is good, installation was easy, Bluetooth works as it should.
The speakers work fine, but the cheap plastic fades quickly, rust starts to run out for the inside and stain quickly and the cheap bolts and mounting bracket almost start to rust immediately.
These speakers sound really good for what they are, I here them pretty well going down the highway while wearing ear plugs.
Everything worked as it was supposed to and I have no complaint

Bought these to replace my VERY expensive Harley speakers (which were not bluetooth, either).
Too bad my 2006 Harley with Screaming Eagle pipes with no baffles can overpower the music when I really get on the throttle.
Yes, they are loud and yes, I can hear them over my loud Harley when cranked up, but it's a very tinny sound with no bass at all.
Would recommend as it wasn't hard to install even if you havnt installed speakers on a bike before
Worst product ever, my Harley vibrated what little bit of the weld that held it to the bracket loose after only 1 week and than one good rain and they stopped working

Install took about an hour and I installed an on and off switch because these will kill your battery if they're left on
I recommend to install a toggleswitch so it doesnt drain the battery
So make sure at night you plug your bike in because this will drain your battery!
Washers were broken, small but noticeable dent in one speaker, you need to buy a separate switch so it doesn't drain your battery because it is constantly on, look very cheap would not recommend them to anyone
