We love the Canon printer and ink value but not when the product is not correct.

Works as it should and the colors look great printed on different media - transparencies, card stock, and of course paper.

Yes, the Genuine Canon inks are pricey compared to "knock off 3rd party vendors" but what do you "value"

Having owned nothing but HP printers from 1997 until May 2016 when I bought a Canon for the first time, I can say that Canon's ink is far superior to HP's!

Sorry Canon, I do like your printer though!

If a person doesn't like "quality" there's many "online" printing outlets available.

The red cartridge leaked all over a new shirt when I opened it.

Had to make sure I ordered the right stuff because what was suggested was not the correct cartridges for my printer.

[I have always loved Canon design, so I am especially disappointed that they could not figure out a better cartridge design (including the fact that the single printer requires 2 separate black ink cartridges-- it really seems as if the design team fell asleep while this particular printer-cartridge system was being conceptualized)].
