Pretty important to consider that I have to take the case off my ipad to use this so that the case doesnt get ruined from the pressure, may not be an issue with rigid cases and the ipad charging port has to be alignment to the opening in the mount, seems like common sense but will put pressure on the charging cord if not aligned
After contacting customer service, they were quick at replying and rectified the issue
