This does what it is supposed to do, and at a good price.

Power supply for our Cisco phones went bad and we were able to fine these at a reasonable price as Cisco no longer supports it product.

I got 3 of this adapter, all are working fine, the box has Cisco logo and name , the product is perfect and doesn't get overheated like other adapter

Product failed after 9 months.

I received the adapter and it not the CISCO adapter as advertised but a cheap knock off

During those three months we thought that the phone outages were caused by DSL hiccups because we never imagined the new power adapter was defective, but realized too late it was indeed the adapter

Neat little power adapter for a VOIP phone that we have, but it also worked as a stand-in for our Roku adapter

The adapter works fine as a replacement for the original power supply for my Cisco SPA-2101

Hopefully it does not malfunction and blow up my phone after a few months.

Replace it with this and now all phones are working again.. and I also have a backup phone now

I switched one operating phone with the bad phone at the same desk abd that too did not work
