BUT my daughter loves this for her hair (which is shoulder length).I have not run into any issues with it losing heat and have had it for 3 months now

Product was shipped fast and quick heat up, just too big a curl for my short hair

Difficult to use for long (waist length) + thin hair combo because the ceramic iron curls very tediously with poor heat distribution

When it’s heating up, i lay something heavy on the bottom half to keep the heat off the vanity.

I have fine hair and only the highest setting will work with this curling iron - barely.

The product base is some sort of hollow, cheap, plastic material

The handle is very cheap plastic with weird cracks in it that are hard to clean and the number settings rubbed off easily

The problem I have is when I use the iron my fingers touch the heating dial and changes the heat

I tend to burn my fingers

The end cap could be larger to hold so as not to burn your fingers while curling the hair.

Only problem is the tip end needs a larger tip, so your fingers don’t slip and get burned.
