While they do get dirty very quickly, as well as get pills on them, the pills are easy to get off with a pill remover

Sticks well to the back of my phone case and doesn't leave a residue when I take it off and put a new one on

The top is a stretchy material -- the items inside (credit cards, license, money) stay concealed and secure

My son placed his on the "ceiling" of his glove compartment (genius, no one would ever notice it there if his car was ever broken into!)
