This dual monitor mount looked pretty promising from everything that I had saw

I contacted the manufacturer and they accepted that they failed to provide accurate instructions for the step where the monitors are mounted and they offered me $5 credit for the damaged monitor which was hilarious

Besides lack of clear instruction, this product is a design flaw

They support a lot of viewing angles and the clamp can be put onto a glass desk, which is very thin

However, is sturdy and is supporting my two monitors no problem but still working in getting them at the right angle.

Hard to understand why they chosen fixed vesa plates on the arms while the other vendors made it right by providing a removable vesa plates for mounting the screens which makes installation safe and easy while providing flexibility to you for easy removal of the monitors when needed.long story short, make your self a favor and look for a mount with removable vesa mounting plates
