I prefer it to a larger cage as I feel like she is more secure in this case when riding in the car

If you're out walking in nature, your birds will probably be fine, but if they're just sitting in a car for hours on end, they're going to get very bored, and you'll probably have to stop and hold a water bottle for them to drink from and let them eat a little if you're going on a particularly long trip (more than 6 hours)

When I take her to the pet store to get her wings and nails clipped, the store staff is totally jealous of this perfect bird carrier.
