Very good product, easy to use and does a good job cleaning the DVD player

Not really sure if the product really does a good job cleaning.

Does a great job of cleaning the head on my DVD player.

For me it does a good job cleaning the Lens for my CD/DVD players

Did not have to take recourse to costly repair job.

At first I thought all my CDs were scratched, until I put in a brand new one and the same thing happened

The gaming console didnt recognize the cleaning CD or spin it well at all

After cleaning my cd lens a few times, my cd was playing again with no skips.

You load the System Lens Cleaner CD and you are given verbal instructions.

Then realizing the Lens Cleaner is a CD, I tried one of my audio CDs and immediately got NO DISC

Found this item, sounded good and price was crazy cheap

It was fast shipping, and the price was great as well!!

I received the same results on 4 different machines which tells me this product FAILED.Bottom line, look elsewhere because the cleaning was not effective and the horrendous instructions are not worth the hefty price and there is no technical or customer service support to boot.

So I threw the Lens Cleaner in and was able to complete the cleaning

We did clean it three times with disk cleaner before seeing the best results.

Just for the heck of it I ran the cleaner a second time

So I put the cleaning disc back in and cleaned it about 10 times and the cd player hasn't skipped since.

It works somewhat my bluray player still has issues reading disc.

Bluray player was having issues playing discs and it cleaned it up without an issue.

I had a skipping problem and bad disc readings on the CD player and this fixed that

It works better when you use the cleaning disc on the player you are using, and clean your CD with warm soapy water, rinse and dry, then play.

A really great product that is really quick to clean the dvd until it's ready for the next time to clean my player!

I could not get this to work on my Sharp DVD Blue Ray player or my portable HP units

My other car's CD rom skips a few seconds of each track and I was hoping this will clean the dust and thus fix it, but nope, it didn't do that at all!
