I made an L shaped stick to leverage the button down while pouring and still couldn't get the gas out.
The quality of the can overall is fine enough, but it has a couple of flaws that quickly become apparent the first time you try to fill something with it.
great little gas can.. Haven't found a nozzle yet that is easy to use but the can and nozzle is good quality..
Its good for a top fill tank but as for putting gas into a car tank, its impossible.
I saw Briggs and Stratton and thought it would be a good design and quality

This tank leaks

Maybe that's the way it is with these newer style cans, but it chugs when I'm trying to fill my mowers and makes it easy to potentially spill when filling a smaller tank like on a push mower.
picture yourself trying to pour imto top fill tank
This is probably the worst design of what should be a simple product ever.
I dabbed some silicone on it, and I'll keep it, but this is really a bad design all the way around
i can use it now but it really ticks me off that anyone would sell something this badly designed
I find the design of this product to be cumbersome, for a 5 gallon gas can it is too heavy not to provide a second handle, It is also very difficult to continually hold the button down while dispensing gasoline as it often requires repositioning to not create a vacuum within the gas can in order to allow the freeFlow of gasoline!
I think this can needs to be stepped back from purely safety considerations toward more ergonomic, simple to use, logical design.
Very short inflexible spout versus heavy weight of gas can with heavy flow.
because there is no handle on the side ... very difficult to pour when full ... a flexible spout might help but it’s current spout and container design is most cumbersome.
Not having a flexible spout is a big detriment.

I had a difficult time getting the lid off to fill the can and an even worse time getting the gas inside my mower
I am one of many persons staying home during this traumatic time, had someone purchase 5 gallon of gas using this gas can, to me dismay upon trying to release the gas into my gas tank was annoyed at the most difficult time to attempt a simple procedure (have used gas cans in the past without failure)
