Other than that I love the design, it’s compact and very sleek.
This may simply be a keep alive current for the BMS circuitry in the pack or it may be a bad design
I was ready to return it after GETIHU and I emailed back and forth for a few days trying to figure out what the problem was only to find out it was a design by GETIHU so each port worked differently with Apple products.
This works great for what it is but a slimmer profile and better connection design would make this way more convenient
Bottom line:This company is fantastic, I've bought two battery packs from them (one for me and one for a friend) and we both love the design and capacity
