I'm an experienced clarinetist and rate it 4 stars because it is an exceptional value, and an experienced clarinetist will be able to play this well and will also appreciate the price point

Band director said it has a poor quality in sounds and its not a good instrument for the kids.
I understand the logic for a beginner who wants to try out a cheap instrument to see if they'll like learning it, but honestly, this instrument is probably too difficult for a beginner to play
I wouldn't recommend it at all for someone who's just starting to play, though, especially not a new band student -- you'd be better served buying a more expensive instrument with better quality control (and preferably get it tuned at a local music shop by a repairperson).The build

Go for something of better quality, even if it's a little more expensive

Good quality and affordable price I recommended especially for students x biggener.

Posts that need epoxy, a thumb screw that won't hold because the incredibly cheap metal stripped out, broken keys, bent beyond repair keys, just trash
either they said its cheap metal and would need a shorter barrel
The tone wasn't good, the metal was horrible, it wasn't solid, just don't waste your money.
is all right; all the pieces fit together snugly, the keywork is correctly aligned (though the key metal seems a little flimsy; this is especially apparent with the longer left-hand pinky keys, which need noticeably more pressure to close than the right-hand ones).
