I had an issue with this product and they replaced with and refunded my money

Snapped off right at the tip after only four months, but after they saw this review, they refunded my money and sent me a new and updated version.

They are sending me a new one and are refunding my money!

It worked great while it was still in one piece and even after the metal inside the white sleeve broke, it’s still kind of worked until it broke at both ends

The functionality/convenience (when working) of this product is great

This works really great, the bendy arm is solid (and not easy to bend) and will stay in place, the clamp is large and adjustable to quite some table thickness and the ipad holder itself seems solid

I like it for Zoom meetings to get a good angle to the camera.

when touching the screen (I use a tablet for my chart patterns) but the bottom part was too strong and really hard to adjust to the right angle.

Very strong arm and the clamp is very easy to find something it will grab ahold of, very easy to unscrew and move to another location

The "clamp" is easy to attach to almost anything, and holds tight

I was a bit concerned how I was going to attach it to my cast iron headboard but the clamp opens enough to grab the pipe-like shape of my headboard

As you can see the arm into the clamp design takes up half of the critical clamping space and takes away from the clamping strength, however for a lightweight tablet the strength is fine.

It holds my tablet just fine, but is nearly impossible to adjust because the "gooseneck" is incredibly stiff

The gooseneck itself seems sturdy but I am not sure how sturdy the mechanism is that holds your tablet or phone in place

The gooseneck can be twisted to almost any position which is very nice.

Also, the SOCKET where the CLAMP is and the GOOSENECK also breaks and comes apart as a result

Because of the nature of the flexible arm there is wobble when tapping the tablet but not an issue for me because I just need to look at the reference photo.

UPDATE: the company sent me their updated model and I’m very pleased with it, as well as with their customer service

My husband didn’t like it because the neck part is to stiff.

I had originally ordered on and it lasted a few months and then broke at the last section where it narrows and is covered by a rubber boot

waste me a lot of time in re-plugging.

A lot of time is wasted bending the arm over and over to get the tablet suspended in air in the correct location to frame the self-video correctly.
