Purchased a replacement battery and dual battery charger at Best Buy

Lost two aerial photography jobs due to this POS!

A BAD BATTERY

Battery was fine and fully charged

Thought battery may be defective (since battery is not a GoPro battery)

I have used this device a handful of times and out of frustration stopped using it up until yesterday when it took 2 minutes for the device to once again freeze.

I need this fixed right now as I have wasted money on this product.

received a gopro with a cracked faceplate and a housing that is for a different gopro model

do not buy this product, these refurbished cameras are broken and do no not work for pictures or videos at all.
