Product was easy to use, simply just flip the switch to increase the speed, and pressing the big button will eject the mixers, small buttom will turbo, would recommend anyone who like handheld tools.

It works good starting and speed is lower enough that the ingredients will not jump out of the bowl

It doesn't blow flour, and it doesn't burn up over a soft butter batter

Used mostly for making mashed potatoes, which it does a great job with

Lightweight and does a great job for pancakes/crepes dough.

This is a little trivial, but I also like the modern look of the stainless steel.

Beaters quite flimsy, did not appear to be stainless steel (but possibly) certainly not same strength as my old proxtor silex that lasted 20 plus years
