The magnets stay in place and, except for picking up the stray piece of steel (like silverware) it is a perfect fit and completely unnoticeable on my wrist.

Great look and feel, but magnet is way too weak, the band loosens just with arm swinging while walking
it is good to be able to by great looking bands that won't break your bank account again.
