Without some additional homemade engineering the shelf is incapable of supporting any kind of weight without falling apart
The only caution I would note is that it can be top heavy to tip over easily if you load the top shelf with heavier bottles - but, that is only if you would pull it all the way out.
Now it is a functional space holding vitamins, the kids lunchbox essentials, and an easy-grab "snack" shelf for the toddler
Using this in my tiny bathroom in the corner to hold makeup and other things - shelf is large and roomy, easy to assemble
Very flimsy had to put a rod thru each end to stabilize the shelf couldn't roll it with anything on it otherwise.
