But the MOST disappointing thing was the poor customer service

Jackery customer support worked perfectly well and a new one works well so far
It WAS working very well, and I was very pleased with its performance
Once it's on it charges quickly and works great but having a power button that seems like it's faulty and only works after pressing it 20 or 30 times isn't exactly convenient

It works great but this thing is heavy for a small portable power pack.
I lost power for several days because of Hurricane Irma and it was comforting to know that I had a power source for my phone if I needed it
Does not have enough power to recharge my iPad but for the phone can charge up the phone quickly
Prime authorized a return for refund, but I have since discovered that the defective power bar will work as long as the small LED flashlight is left on.
It has enough power to charge two devices before needing a recharge.

The only thing that is fast about this charger is how quickly it dies
I have abused this thing, and it still works great!!!!!just be careful not to use this all the time on smartphones, it charges too fast and can lead to shortened battery life over time, especially iphones, it messes with the power monitor on the battery
Heard wonderful things, however mine has now died (won't hold a charge) after 3mos
I was out for a week and this thing recharged my phone like 3 and a half times.
