I have dipped in here a couple of times and this selection seems fine.

In the first two weeks of having this I have desperately needed the "right" size screw and bolt and washer

I do; however, have a suggestion...it would be awesome if the sizes were on the outside of the cases per section for easy reorder or simply easier to find the right box, and slot at a glance

If it was stainless steel it would have been a decent deal

Some of these hardware assortments come in really cheap cases and all the hardware gets mixed up during shipping.

BUT in this case: zero damage to the cardboard box.

I have tried buying sets and most of the inventory were either two small or the variety, or the quality was poor.

Photos online can always be deceiving - usually product looks better in the photo than in reality, but in this case it was the other way around.

Well done product, with most if not all sizes and types of connectors needed for small projects

The boxes lock together well, and the dividers actually keep things separate, unlike many boxes.

Anyhow, the new shipment was very different as it had a nice fitted box with little spacers for each of the 3 boxes of screws

The boxes themselves are a little tricky to lock

Already broke the box, wish it had longer screws & bigger

This item was clearly smashed either before it was packed in cardboard or while packed in different cardboard.

Makes a good selection of many sizes but not very many items in many categories...so for serious work one would have to stock those sizes needed....contains SAE threaded small sizes which is difficult to get in an assortment anymore.

The plated screws in this kit are the proper item for most applications (unless you are bolting together stainless parts).
