Leave the top and bottom triangles together and just lean them up inside the house.
Then place the uprights into the lower triangle and get another person to help you place the top triangle on to the uprights.
The screen managed to stay put for the most part though, but it irked my bf and I, so we returned this and are now on a hunt for a better (and bigger!
