So far, I've only tested this on an item indoors and it appears to be a good-quality product and is easy to use.
For the money I paid for one pen, I expected better quality

It seems like more time is spent trying to get a consistent paint flow rather than completing the project

Maybe I got a bad pen
I reported to seller that one pen was dry but actually both pens are dried up and do not work properly.
My pen worked on zero mediums (I tried paper, glass, and wood)
These are by far the best pens ever, each tip thickness is perfect for my needs can be refilled.

Great paint marker with a consistent flow to the tip but won't make a huge mess

It's a great marker, with beautiful bright white paint and write exceptionally smooth though.
4 stars because I ended up getting paint everywhere and pretty much wasting most of my refill
Shook pen and paint splattered all over a painting I'm working on.
