Far, far away beyond the sky, way above the clouds, it's been said that there was a haven where the Stars lived. In the sanctuary of Star Haven there rested a fabled treasure called the Star Rod, which had the power to grant all ...
The characters are adorable, the storyline is great (makes me want to keep playing), and the graphics are really good for its time
The graphics and the sound are intact, the dialogue spoken throughout the game can be read perfectly well, and the battle sequences (best part of this game, in my opinion) function properly
The graphics are bright and colorful, and look great even today; they make even minor characters memorable
You also have interludes as Princess Peach and an adorable little Star Spirit named Twink
He uses it to kidnap Princess Peach, along with her entire castle, all part of a plot to destroy Mario (the second part of that plot is SO original!)The game consists of you playing through 8 complete levels, rescuing the Star Spirits (which Bowser has also captured), and eventually facing Bowser himself
It's a very simple game, a few parts are complex but it's easy for kids, good story, Mario has to get 7 stars to defeat Bowser, Bowser steals a star rod and kidnaps princess Peach (again) lol
Anyway, The game starts with Princess Peach inviting Mario and Luigi to her Castle for a party
The story is once again Bowser Captured princess Peach, but Bowser came with the star rod which has the power to grant all wishes.
Come in on time game arrived in very good condition and it works
The game cartridge itself is in exactly the same condition described on here, and most importantly, the memory feature within the cartridge works just fine
Amazing condition, only a few cosmetic marks, but that was expected with such an old game.
The box was in pretty good condition, the game inside was flawless.
Cartridge had a number of fairly deep, small scratches on the back, but is otherwise in very good condition.
If you're older than me and remember Mario RPG for Super Nintendo, this game is similar and a lot easier, but whole story and characters are all paper
One of the best Nintendo 64 games ever made (My own personal opinion,)
He enjoys the nintendo 64 so much, that I had to find another paper mario game because my son wore it out
That game had Squaresoft (now known as Square Enix) and Nintendo collaborate on one of the best RPG titles, blending Nintendo characters and humor with Final Fantasy battle tactics and story telling
If you played Super Mario RPG, you will know exactly what to expect - the structure and gameplay are both very similar to the Super Nintendo game, albeit improved greatly

I'll never forget the Koopa Bros., who are basically Bowser minion versions of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Rosie the self-absorbed flower, or the adorable little Star Kid that is Twink
As someone who grew up on games like this I can confirm without a doubt that Paper Mario will have kids laughing and enjoying themselves for hours on end unless they just don't like the gameplay

" in this game you can get teammates across your journey, special badges for moves and stronger hits, 1 player only game, the good thing that the story is decently long enough that you won't beat it in 1 day, (unless play 22 hours straight non stop
The story is once again Bowser Captured princess Peach, but Bowser came with the star rod which has the power to grant all wishes.

This place, sure, has some fun puzzles, and something to do with the story (unfreezing a big fish)....but what makes me love this dungeon most of all is its mood: the beautiful visual setting, and the sleepy, mysterious music
This place, sure, has some fun puzzles, and something to do with the story (unfreezing a big fish)....but what makes me love this dungeon most of all is its mood: the beautiful visual setting, and the sleepy, mysterious music
Not to the extent of me being bothered with its sound design, though; on the contrary, I still do like plenty of the game's music, and the sound effects work well enough
The music is good, although nothing I'd buy the soundtrack for
Also, towns in RPGs have a nice mood, whether or not they look gorgeous and have nice music

Paper Mario has a 2-D look in a 3-D game world--an aesthetic designed to make players feel as if they've entered an animated pop-up book
A stationary camera helps reinforce this storybook illusion
The game's title is taken from the paper-thin characters inhabiting the Mushroom Kingdom
For example, when Mario is sleeping, he flips and flutters through the air like a leaf falling from a tree.Paper Mario is the sequel to the classic Super NES role-playing game Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars
Like the original, it contains a mix of turn-based battles and intricate puzzles, as well as timed attacks
Players time their attacks by moving the D-pad and pressing the A button at exactly the right moment to inflict maximum damage
This seasons Paper Mario with a little action/adventure flavor
Classic characters, such as Mario, Luigi, Peach, Bowser, and Toad, are joined by the likes of Goombario and Kammy Koopa.
