I use this as part of my mobil office the pockets build into the front cover are a nice size and can hold a smart phone

I personally use it for meetings, so it’s good to have my materials in the clear sheets provided and then take notes on a pad that I’ve placed in the back (as suggested)

The inclusion of a calculator is a bit daft in my opinion, and would have benefited much more from a solid pocket so you could use a small notepad or block of sticky notes

And one of the small photos states, "Built-in Calculator" with a calculator shown neatly tucked into the appropriate pocket

I don't agree with the "phone pocket" below the pen holder as there is no strap to hold it securely, but it is a nice pocket to keep a small notepad in.
