but It did I was wondering if you could refund one of the shipments only because the softness of the tissue is not really that soft and it doesn’t seem to have the lotion in the actualKleenex

These tissues are unusually rough, not your NORMAL Puffs.

For what it's worth, the Puffs do feel softer and silkier than the 2 ply Kleenex.

They are not Puffs Plus Lotion, they are not soft , they are not authentic Puffs.
