The only comparable multi-line phone that has all the rich features of a true office phone would cost thousands of dollars and I wasn't willing to spend that much for a small office.
Simple everyday features are hard to find
I do like the feature that allows a message during work hours and a different one for after work hours
Phone has a lot of nice features and functionality and was easy to set up
This is a feature rich system that includes a speaker phone in the base station and an answering machine that can be set for both lines
The handset has just stopped working for some reason, which shouldn't be a surprise considering that the touchpad started to slowly stop working this past week.
The cordless handsets are fine
If the base is on a call and muted but a remote handset joins the same call and hangs up, then the base will automatically unmute!

Then I tried the Uniden DECT 6.0 2-line comparable phone, which has awful sound quality and a piercing echo sound when you speak into the phone
Switching from the handset to the base is not good quality sound.
