UPDATE:I am upgrading my review to 4-stars due to the absolutely outstanding customer service of the seller.

I did not request a refund and they did it of their own volition and stated "We adjust manufacturing monthly to accommodate all concerns" Kudos to them and for their exceedingly excellent customer service, beyond the normal good service.

The overall design to hold the phone is great...just doesn't make it past a month in its current existance.

The all-black mounts are apparently a different design, and I don't like them as much.2

These are great cell phone holders for a motorcycle or a bike everyone flaw

I thought this was a great cell phone holder for my bike

This phone mount is exactly as promised it's strong came with three very strong rubber holders and the spring is tough.the holder fits on my motorcycle really well and the swivel doesn't move at 80 mph

After a couple of more rides, I am having a little trouble keeping the holder in one position.

Unfortunately this second time around I have had the mount on my bike for a month and it unexpectedly broke at the ball joint

Always secure the rubber phone mount over the phone when in use.

The mount was easy to install on my bicycle handlebars and holds the phone securely in place.

I would not recommend this mount, luckily my phone was not damaged.

It is a good mount until it breaks after about two years normal usage with an iPhone (not a plus) on a bike.

The mount is adjustable so this fits easily on my motorcycle handle bars but would fit much smaller bicycle bars as well.

The rubber spacers provided, did not provide a good fit to the bike handle bar.

The clip that mounts to the bike is adjustable, and I didn't have any issues getting the right fit

The mount holds the phone very tightly and works very well.

I love it, but every time my bike hit something the mount brake, this is the second one I bought in less than 3 months, so disappointed.

However, if you find yourself on rough roads or trails, I'd recommend something else.

If you have a mountain bike and your riding on a rough terrain just get a mount that doesn't have a swivel head.

Doesn’t shake and I feel confident that my phone is safe even on rough terrain.

I've ridden (mountain biking) on some fairly rough terrain with my Roam mount, and my iPhone stays safely mounted.
