I have these on my four string Bass and PSDs on my five stringer and i love this set so much, it has a warm tone, close to that of flatwounds, the price could be worse and they feel as good as they sound

Nice punchy bass strings.

Straight out of the box they are so rugged, that you'll make "violin-like" squicks when moving your hands on them across the neck

This coating does keep the strings "alive" for a nice time, but it peels off above the fretts fast, so they are a little noisier with the fretts
