Compared to some previous organizers I have purchased, it seems a bit shorter (height-wise), but it doesn't detract from the product and will fit well in shallower drawers.

I added adjustable bamboo dividers underneath to keep other items sorted.

I purchased spring-loaded drawer dividers and mounted them against the side of several drawers in my bathroom (I added double-sided foam tape to the ends to secure the divider), and then was able to set this tray on top of the divider so it would slide forward or backward using the edges of the trays as glides and the edge of the drawer on one side and the spring-loaded divider on the other side to support the trays.

I prefer the Ernst organizers over the Rubbermaid, but these are well made and nicely designed.

But now, I have this great drawer organizer to keep all of this sort of stuff in one neat place

i carefully measured two drawers in a rolling plastic cabinet.....and then carefully noted the dimensions of this great rubbermaid organizer.....the organizers fit perfectly and are very handy for, well, organizing one's desk
