I have always had galaxy s phones and this is just as good if not better, the color is just a major bonus for me!
Beautiful rose gold color (I put a transparent case over it)
The colors in the pictures are lousy
and it took not even 10 mintues, but you will have to go there..and depending on what phone you have you MAY need another sim card (mine did not) and that was explained BEFORE they started anything...but all in all I LOVE THIS PHONE AND COLOR!!!

have this phone now for over 5 months, the camera is great, the space is great
It is fast, the camera is Amazing and battery lasts forever
It came like brand new, with all the accesories and the sealed box, I didn't had any problems to configure it with all my settings, the camera it's really good, very fast and worked perfectly with movistar carrier in Mexico
The display is clean, camera is great 👌🏽, battery life also great.

This product is trash im important phone calls and some apps dont work at all
I bought this phone 3 months ago, at the beginning the product was working perfect, but since one week ago the screen got black suddenly with no reason, sometimes it can't read the memory card or it doesn't recognize one sim (it is dual).
An excellent product with all modern features available at an affordable cost.
I can't see myself recommending this product to anyone.

My only 2 complaints: Different language to start off with but just tap in middle and then look for English, you're good to
It took three tries to get the Amazon vendor to tell me where to find the correct Japanese-language icon so I could change the phone's language to English - it is the small Japanese-language icon in the middle of the screen, not the more obvious button with the forward arrow.

According to Samsung this model will never work as a true US/Latin device
if they think i am going to pony up a few hundred bucks for one of their pricier models - screw that.
After a month of using the phone, this model is a total waste of money
probably this particular model has some quality control issues with the AMOLED display

thought this would be a better alternative to the pricier Samsung Galaxy phones, but just recently a small dark spot or shadow appeared in the top left corner of my phone
After just a couple of weeks of use, however, it started to show a cloudy, purplish spot on the screen, which continued to grow and grow and now occupies more than half the screen
Then it got an ink leak (a purple spot) and now its spread all over the screen
The dark spot/shadow doesn't show up on printed pics or screenshots, it appears on the screen only.
