At first the product came perfect in the box but, the phone was on a loopboot and it never starts at all, even on recovery boot there was a loopboot, i definitely do not recommend any one to get this product from this seller, the costumer service was pretty terrible.

Also be warned that an AT&T phone needs an AT&T phone case, because the microphone at the bottom of the phone is in a different place than, say, a Verizon Galaxy Note 4.I enjoy this phone a lot, love the stylus, enjoy the TouchWiz features, so I am going to return this one and buy a Note 4 from a company that can assure me it's not attached to any one phone carrier.

When you remove the pen and walk away, the phone chimes to reduce the chance that you'll lose the stylus.

There ARE some great features on the Note 4, and all my friends who have the Galaxy S5 and S6 LOVE LOVE LOVE their phones, and their photos are AMAZING

Even in the higher price ranges, this phone is still packing a lot of great features

hello, I received a reacondionado and no new product as I said the puclicacion , I'm very upset , I'll send the computer to change , the defects found were the following , the pencil is loose inside the computer , the screen is peeled off , the charger wall is not the original that brings the team since it is fast charging is not , expect a favorable response.

got it and never able to fast charge.. try resolving it with samsung and it didn't work

Replaced my dead Samsung Note 2 with this Note 4 and can really appreciate the better screen and expanded memory.

The phone was defective right out of the box, the screen is falling off and Samsung doesn't honor the purchase through these guys, so I don't have a warranty.

Large enough, responsive, reception is better than some other phones in places where the reception is weak.

The problem with that phone was poor reception, camera malfunction with a message of "Not for image quality testing

* Because this is an AT&T device, and I'm on T-Mobile, it sometimes loses reception and I have to restart the device.
