This is one really nice refurbished phone for the price

I liked the fact that it's almost like a brand new phone

We restarted the phone in safe mode and downloaded Norton's anti-virus app.

Then we turned off safe mode, which appeared as though it were restarting, but the screen stayed black with the blue notification light staying on--it actually flashed slightly, but light never went out completely
