With that said I think Scotch has made a decent laminator for a budget friendly cost!!

I actually make booklets and use these pouches to protect/strengthen the covers
These are my favorite laminating pouches and I've used a lot of different brands while homeschooling the last 10 years
Just be sure to insert the sealed end first and support the pouch until it's half way through the machine.
